1.1 We partner with third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to facilitate the shipping and delivery of products purchased on the Urban Kraft Furniture website: https://urbankraftfurniture.com. At the time of order confirmation, an estimated delivery timeline will be displayed. We will also notify you via your registered email ID and/or mobile number once the order is dispatched. Urban Kraft Furniture reserves the right to manage delivery independently, without third-party logistics providers, as needed.
1.2 While we strive to ship products across India, there may be specific areas deemed unserviceable by us or our Logistic Partners. Orders placed from such areas may not be processed. If your area is unserviceable, you will be notified during checkout. You can also check delivery availability by entering your PIN code on our website.
1.3 To ensure timely delivery, we may request specific information such as your name, billing/shipping address, nearby landmarks, and contact number. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
1.4 We will attempt to deliver your product to the address provided within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our Logistic Partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If unsuccessful after three attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the product. In such cases, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
1.5 Although we aim to deliver within the notified timeline, delays may occur due to:
Logistical issues beyond our control
Weather conditions
Strikes, protests, or political disruptions
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
Other unforeseen circumstances
We will attempt to notify you in such cases, but we are not liable for delays or related losses. Compensation will not be provided for delays in shipping or delivery.
1.6 We engage delivery personnel who act professionally and ethically. However, their actions are not under our direct supervision, and we are not liable for:
Delivery errors or delays
Package tampering
Misconduct or discourtesy by delivery staff
Any such issues must be resolved directly with the delivery agent or service provider.
1.7 Once your product is handed over to the Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking ID. You may use this ID to track your delivery via our website or the Logistic Partner’s platform. While we coordinate with them for timely updates, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of tracking information.
1.8 We reserve the right to apply shipping charges, which may vary based on product size, weight, delivery location, or other factors. These charges will be shown during checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we deliver a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and confirm the issue after verification.
1.9 Returns of delivered products will be handled through our reverse logistics partners. Once a return request is approved, our logistics team will contact you to schedule the pickup. Please refer to our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for more details.
