CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Urban Kraft Furniture, having its registered address at Mumbai Highway Rd, opp. Shree Vedha Multispeciality Hospital, RC Reddy Colony, Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad, Telangana 502032 (“Urbankraft”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website www.urbankraftfurniture.com (referred to as the “Urban Kraft Platform”) through which it facilitates the sale of furniture and related products (“Products”) to users of the Urban Kraft Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

We are committed to offering our customers a seamless shopping experience—from order placement to potential return requests. While shopping with Urban Kraft, you can expect a customer-friendly approach when it comes to cancellations, returns, and refunds.

This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with our Terms & Conditions, outlines our procedures regarding the cancellation of orders, return of Products, and refund eligibility.

1. Applicability of Policy

1.1 By accessing or using the Urban Kraft Platform and/or initiating a purchase of Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to any terms in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Urban Kraft Platform.

1.2 Please note that Urban Kraft reserves the right to modify or update this Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this Policy regularly to ensure you understand the conditions that apply at the time of your transaction.

2. Terms for Cancellation, Return, and Refund of Orders

2.1 Cancellation of Products

(a) You may cancel your order—partially or fully—before the Products are shipped. Once shipment has been initiated, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

(b) To cancel an order, please refer to your unique tracking number (received via email or SMS) and write to us at info@urbankraftfurniture.com requesting cancellation.

(c) Once we receive and verify your cancellation request, we will initiate the refund within 7 (seven) business days of either your request or the pick-up of the Products, if applicable. The refund will be made via the original payment method used during purchase, subject to your bank’s policies.

(d) Please note: Orders for made-to-order (MTO) or customized Products cannot be cancelled once placed, as these items go into production immediately to meet your specific requirements. We advise verifying specifications before placing the order.

(e) Products eligible for cancellation will have that policy clearly mentioned on the respective Product page. In case of any damage or defects, complaints should be raised within 7 days of delivery for repair or replacement eligibility.

(f) For MTO Products, no cancellations will be allowed once the order is placed. However, damage or defect-related concerns reported within 7 days of delivery will be addressed via repair or replacement after due verification.

(g) Certain pin codes or geographic areas may have specific cancellation limitations. Please enter your delivery pin code on the Urban Kraft Platform for accurate information.

(h) If the Product is listed as a third-party item, the specific cancellation conditions will be detailed on the Product page.

2.2 Return of Products

(a) You may request a return if the Product delivered to you:

  • Is damaged

  • Has a damaged shipping package

  • Is defective or non-functional

  • Is missing accessories or parts

  • Is different from the description on www.urbankraftfurniture.com

All return requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of delivery ("Return Period").

(b) Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all packaging materials intact including original invoice, brand box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty cards, and any included accessories.

(c) To initiate a return, contact us via our website or email, and we may ask for images of the damage or schedule an in-person inspection. Our decision to approve or reject the return will be based on the assessment.

(d) Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The original barcodes, tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with no alterations or damage.

  • The serial number/bar code matches our internal records.

  • The complete set is returned (if bought as a set).

  • There are no stains, odors, scratches, or wear-and-tear signs.

(e) Returns will not be accepted if:

  • You ordered the wrong Product, model, or color.

  • The Product belongs to a non-returnable category (e.g., personalized or MTO items).

  • The return request was made after the Return Period.

  • The Product was damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.

  • The Product no longer remains in a saleable condition.

(f) Approved returns will be picked up by our reverse logistics partner, who will coordinate with you after a return request is raised.

(g) Due to differences in screen resolutions, actual product colors and textures may slightly vary from images shown online. Such minor variations are not eligible reasons for return.

2.3 Refunds

(a) You may request a refund upon cancellation or return of eligible Products. Refunds will only be initiated once we verify the issue and the payment for the order has been received by us.

(b) For approved returns or cancellations, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 (seven) business days after successful verification. This timeline may vary based on your bank or payment gateway policies.

(c) Urban Kraft does not issue cash refunds. Refunds are processed through digital channels only.

(d) Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was delivered in a damaged or defective condition due to our fault. In such cases, we may refund shipping charges after due verification.

(e) If your returned Product does not meet our quality checks, your refund may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you. Our decision in this regard is final.
